Our custom CNC milling services utilize 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers. We are capable of milling parts up to 1200mm in length with standard positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm and precision tolerances down to ±0.01mm.
Milling Materials & Surface Finishes
We mill parts in aluminum (6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024), stainless steel (304, 316), brass, copper, carbon steel, and engineering plastics such as POM (Delrin), nylon, ABS, and PEEK. Finishes include as-machined, bead-blasted, color anodized, hardcoat anodized, and electro-plated.
